The second, located at 3333 Biscayne Boulevard is a unique retail and office concept designed by Perkins + Will to be launched in Fall 2006. The 14-story midrise will comprise approximately 150,000 square feet of leasable space.
Cardinal also recently created a development management division, Cardinal Development Advisors, which provides consulting services to other property owners and developers. This division is currently working on a 450 room condo-hotel project located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. This luxury beachfront property will feature water views from every unit, and is scheduled for completion by mid 2007.
Finally, Cardinal is to announce the creation of a realty division in the coming months, thus
